Who can Apply

All former students of PLMGS shall be eligible to become members of the alumni. As long as you have studied in Paya Lebar MGS for any period of time, you qualify to join the alumni association as a member.

A one-time subscription fee shall be be payable upon application for membership:
• $100 for applicants aged 21 to 25 years of age
• $300 for applicants 26 years of age and above.

All monies collected from alumni membership are added to the Alumni general fund, and used to supplement operating expenses and support alumni activities and initiatives such as Teachers’ Day gifts for the teachers and staff and Graduation gifts for the girls. The Alumni general fund also makes contributions from time to time in support of causes adopted by the school, amongst various other undertakings. We need your support.

If you are an old girl and have yet to become a member of the Alumni Association, do apply now. You can do so by making payment of the membership fee via PayNow to UEN: S78SS0049E, or by scanning this QR Code (please indicate “Membership Fees” in the remarks/comments field)

and  completing this form.

You will need to have on hand a copy of the particulars page of your report book) or your PSLE/O levels certificate.

If you do not have any of the above documents, you may log in to Home | Myskillsfuture.gov.sg and download the relevant document under "Digital Services"

Do note that incomplete applications without supporting documents will be rejected as we are unable to grant membership without proof that you were a student in Paya Lebar Methodist Girls' School (Primary/Secondary).

Your application will be processed within 10 to 12 weeks, and if it is in order, you will receive our official receipt via email. Please remember to add “justshine@plmgsalumni.sg” and “justshine.plmgsalumni@gmail.com” to your address book / contacts list to ensure you receive updates from us
